to recognize the best and the brightest in the customer engagement industry.
Chapter Awards
The Chapter Awards are given to the chapter with the highest member recruitment for each quarter.
The Employee Appreciation Strategy Award
The Employee Strategy Award recognizes a company that motivates its employees and infuses a healthy dose of creativity into the corporate culture. Download the application here.
Making A Difference Awards
Making A Difference Awards recognize excellence in philanthropy and community service. Making a Difference Award nominations should include a narrative outlining how the applicant embodies the specific award as outlined below:
Outstanding Corporate Citizen Award
This award recognizes a PACE member, corporation or business, for its philanthropic impact in the community through direct or indirect support of charitable projects. Leaders of this company must demonstrate a high level of community spirit and participation, and motivate employees and colleagues to support and participate in charitable activities.
Outstanding Philanthropic Chapter Award
This award recognizes a PACE Chapter for its philanthropic impact in the community through participation and support of charitable projects. This Chapter must demonstrate a high level of community spirit and participation, and motivate members and colleagues to support and participate in charitable endeavors.
Spirit of Philanthropy Award
This award is given to an individual who exemplifies the spirit of philanthropy by inspiring his/her company/chapter to commitment and involvement in the community through contributions of service, time, leadership and/or monetary donations.
Vendor Excellence Award
This award will be given to the industry supplier who has exhibited excellence and made the biggest impact on the membership of PACE. Excellence is defined by involvement in the chapters, involvement in the PACE national events, community service, philanthropy, and a corporate commitment to serving the needs of and promoting the customer engagement industry.
The CustomerCount™ CEP Award Program
This award recognizes an outstanding Customer Engagement Professional (CEP) and the Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE) Member company for an individual’s performance during the 2015 calendar year. Two trophies will be presented. One for the company and one for the individual CEP.
Nominations should focus on the performance of team members who have contributed to the success of the company in an exceptional manner. Areas of contribution can be multi-channel including phone, email, and click to chat, and/or any customer contact. This includes all customer engagement professionals. (Examples: supervisors, CSRs, TSRs, team leaders or any customer-facing professional) and is particularly geared toward frontline staff members.

The Technovation Award
The Technovation Award recognizes innovation in products and services within the industry. Download the application here.
All applicants for the Technovation Award will be required to provide a product/service demonstration to the Technovation Committee during the PACE Convention in Orlando, FL. The committee will contact applicants to schedule a demonstration time.
Best of Show
For Exhibitors Only! Judges will make their way around the Expo Hall voting on the best exhibit hall booths based on use of technology, product presentation, traffic building, layout, design, and graphics.
The Pioneer Award
The Pioneer Award is given to an individual who helped mold and shape the industry.
The Fulcrum Award
The Fulcrum Award is the highest individual award that PACE gives for contributions to the industry, the Association, and commitment to Community Service.
