Refunds for cancellations must be made in writing (via email or fax) to the PACE National Office. A processing fee of $250 will be charged on refunds received on or before September 4, 2015. No refunds after September 4, 2015. Substitutions will be gladly accepted at no charge until September 18, 2015. After September 18, 2015, a $150 fee will be charged on any substitutions. Registration transfers to future meetings will not be accepted.
